Warranty and Returns Policy

Change of Mind Policy:

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Warranty Returns:

  1. Any hardware purchased is covered by a warranty. For any faulty product, please contact us immediately. Associated costs incurred with the third party are not reimbursable.
  2. Any return without an RMA number can not be accepted.
  3. Please note: for any return, please contact us. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number to track the returned product. Please include the RMA number with the return shipping of the product. If RMA is number is not included, we can not process the refund. Buyers are responsible for the return postal cost including insurance and handling charges.
  4. Faulty hardware products are handled by the following procedures:
  • Dead On Arrival (DOA) items:
  • If the product is found dead on arrival, we should be notified within 7 days of receiving the item and be returned in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase. The returned product must not bear any sign of physical damage. Upon approval, a replacement of the item or a full monetary refund will be made as soon as possible.
  • Normal RA item
  • For any faulty item outside of the DOA period of 7 days, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to arrange for a repair. For all other hardware outside the DOA period of 7 days, please allow 2-3 weeks of processing time for repair or replacement or for refund whatever is appropriate in the circumstances.

Warranty is not applicable to software as well as accessories purchases. Please contact us for any issues of software installation or in terms of activating the licence.

For any software purchase, no refund is applicable. Therefore ensure careful choosing the software purchase.

All returned items will be tested upon arrival and will attract a handling fee of $25 plus return postage to the customer if found to be in perfect working condition.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order. On cancelling the order we will refund your payment, 5% of the final value price will be deducted. (We reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover our reasonable costs in respect of your order cancelled order) If we cannot stop the shipment of the order at the time of cancellation, then you will be required to refuse delivery.
